Q: Can I use my store coupons online or online coupons in store?
A: Not yet. Rebates earned in-store, store coupons and manufacturer coupons are valid in store only. Online credits earned and offers are valid online only. Delivery purchases do not count towards your Friends of Chuck frequent buyer program unless by request each time you order but if you buy online and choose "In-store Pickup" your order will count towards your Frequent Buyer Card. 
Q: How does In-Store Pickup work?
A: Order online and select pick up at check out for any of our stores. You’ll earn the same great rewards and enjoy speedy in-store service without having to find your food or wait in line. After you place your order, a team member will call you when your order is ready. All you have to do is tell us your name when you arrive and we will immediately bring your food out to your car. How slick is that?
Q: How long will my In-Store Pickup order be held?
A: We hold on to in-store pickup orders for 48 hours. After 48 horus the product will eb re-shelved and your order cancelled.

Q: Do I need to be home to receive my delivery?
A: No. If you have special delivery instructions please include them in the space provided when you enter or update your delivery address. If you live in a secure building or community, please provide instructions for us to complete your delivery.
Q: How can I save money by ordering for delivery with Chuck & Don's?
A: You get back $5 for every $125 spent on delivery.  Have pet food items you want to be delivered on a regular basis? Simple, make the product recurring and you’ll save 5%. Plus you won't ever have to worry about running out of pet food again. Awesome, right?
Q: How do I find out what day my order will be delivered?
A: Log in to your account > select "My Account" > select "Orders" > on the left of the screen you will see the date your order is expected to arrive.
Q: How does your service delivery work?
A: You order the products you need through our website and we deliver the items to your home.
Q: How much does it cost for home delivery?
A: We provide free home delivery on orders over $49 - otherwise it's just $5.50.
Q: How soon after ordering will I receive my delivery?
A: Estimated delivery is between 2-5 business days. The turnaround time on your order depends on item availability, processing time in our warehouse and shipping destination.
Q: What happens if the wrong product is delivered?
A: We strive for excellence, but mistakes can happen. If you are unsatisfied with the products delivered for any reason please contact us and we’ll work with you to correct the situation promptly.
Q: What is your delivery service area?
A: We provide home delivery to the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area and surrounding communities as well as the Denver metro area and surrounding communities. If you are having trouble viewing products please complete your account by entering your delivery address. 
Q: When do you deliver?
A: We deliver during the day on weekdays, typically between the hours of 8 am-7 pm.

Q: If I sign up for a recurring order can I cancel or change that order?
A: Yes, you can cancel or change a recurring order at any time - no problem. You can manage your recurring products from My Account -> Recurring Products.

Q: Is my credit card information secure?
A: Yes. All payments and your information is securely stored off-site and protected by our credit card processor. 
Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We currently accept credit and debit cards only. Your card will not be charged until the day of delivery.
